Born and raised in Hobbs, New Mexico, Reggie has always had a passion for people and leadership. Reggie started his healthcare career in outpatient physical therapy and shortly thereafter transitioned into senior living as an Executive Director, taking a struggling facility to full capacity for the first time in the building's history.
After a few years in senior living, he took a role as an Executive Director in the homecare division with a large care provider in West Texas. There, his career took off as he helped grow the Texas homecare division from 4 offices to 15 offices, generating $30M in revenue, and was promoted to Vice President over a 6-year period.
In late 2022, Reggie decided to start his own organization, Live Well Homecare. From 2022, the organization scaled from $1,700 in revenue to $30M revenue (2025) with 32 offices in 30 states in just over 3 years. Currently, Live Well has 1,200 employees and services over 750 clients across the US.
Reggie and his wife, Alyssa, have two boys: Kameron (8) and Carter (2). They are an active family and enjoy spending time together hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping.
